Connors & Co. is a placement agent and third party marketing firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia with a second office located in Boston Massachusetts. Since 1995 Connors & Co. has raised in excess of $9 billion in pension assets across over 70 institutional accounts. We are dedicated exclusively to raising assets and expanding investor relationships for a select group of quality investment management firms in the institutional marketplace. We have effectively raised assets for traditional as well as alternative investment strategies including domestic and international equity, long/short equity, stable value, fixed income, real estate, mezzanine/subordinate debt, venture capital and buyout funds. Thus, we have substantial experience and knowledge across a broad range of asset classes as well as experience in investment research and performance analytics. OUR TEAM

Paul F. Connors, Jr.Paul F. Connors Jr. founded Connors & Co. in 1995. Paul started his career in the brokerage industry and then began raising institutional assets for pension managers at Thompson McKinnons Securities in Atlanta; from there he went to Shearson Lehman Brothers and then Prudential Securities. Paul established a third party marketing relationship with INVESCO Capital management in 1984 that spanned 25 years. McKinley Capital Management (1995-2011) and EARNEST Partners (1999-2010) are two the other successful traditional managers that Paul and Connors & Co. has had long term experiences transitioning from emerging managers to mature stable businesses. In 1999 Paul founded EndPoint Capital with Wendell Starke, a private equity Fund of Funds with distribution management process, however due to the aftermath of 9/11 was forced to close the firm in 2002. Additionally, Paul was one of the founding investors of Seraph Group, an angel investment firm started in 2003.Paul earned his bachelor degree from Harvard University in 1981 and also holds the Series 7, 63 & 79 licenses.
Cathleen AdamsCathleen joined Connors & Co. in 2000 as the Marketing Coordinator for the home office in Atlanta. She is responsible for office management, relationship management, sales and support. Cathleen sits on the Board of Directors for the national Women in Pensions Organization, where she is currently the President and previously served as the Treasurer. Cathleen received a BS in Finance from the University of Georgia and her MBA from Mercer University. She also holds a Series 7 & 63 license.
Josephine Shea Josephine joined Connors & Co. in 1999 and is a Director of Sales and Marketing with a primary focus in the New England area in which she is headquartered. Prior to joining Connors & Co. Josephine served as the Acting Sheriff of Norfolk County, Massachusetts and as the Deputy Superintendent of Administration and Finance for the Sheriffs $25 million dollar budget operation. Josephine is a certified Chartered Pension Professional sponsored by Boston Universitys certificate program and holds a Series 7 license.
