Paul ConnorsEmail Paul
Paul F. Connors Jr. founded Connors & Co. in 1995. Paul began raising institutional assets for pension managers at Thomas McKinnon’s Securities in Atlanta in 1983. At this time, Paul established a third party marketing relationship with INVESCO Capital Management that has spanned 25 years (1983-Present). McKinley Capital management (1995- Present) and EARNEST Partners (1999-Present) are the other success traditional managers that Connors & Co. has had long term experiences transitioning emerging managers to mature stable businesses. Aside from traditional equity assets managers Connors & Co. has acted as a placement agent for numerous buyout, venture, real –estate, mezzanine debt and hedge fund firms. In total Connors & Co. has raised in excess of $10 billion across more than 70 institutional accounts. Paul has earned his bachelor degree from Harvard University in 1981 and is a member of the advisory council for the Friends of Harvard Football.

Cathleen AdamsEmail Cathleen
Cathleen joined Connors & Co. in 2000 as the Marketing Coordinator at the home office in Atlanta. She is responsible for relationship management, client service, sales and support. Cathleen sits on the Board of Directors for the NationalWomen in Pensions Organization and serves as Treasurer. She is also a member of the Atlanta Association of Women in Securities, and participates in a number of industry conferences.

Cathleen received a BS in Finance from the University of Georgia and her MBA from Mercer Univeristy. She also holds a Series Seven license.

Norman HollandEmail Norman
Norman joined Connors &; Co. in 2000 and is a Director of Sales and Marketing headquartered out of Connors & Co.’s Chicago office. Prior to joining the firm, Norm was a member of the Firemen’s Annuity and Benefit Fund of Chicago for over 19 years, during which time he served as the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Chairman of the Investment, Legislative, Election and Proxy Voting Committees. Norm served for over 30 years in the Chicago Fire Department and retired as the Battalion Chief of the First Battalion. During his time on the Chicago Fire Department, he was elected to numerous positions in the Labor Union, Local 2, including Steward, Grievance Committee Chairman and Director of Contract Enforcement and has served as the Chairman of the Chicago Fireman’s Association Credit Union.


Norm is also a former Treasurer (1990-1993) and Executive Committee member (1984-1990) of the National Conference of Public Employee Retirement Systems (NCPERS). He received his BA in Business Admin. from Northeastern Illinois University, has an AA in Applied Fires Science from Chicago City Wide Colleges, and earned a Certificate in Fundamentals of Money Managers from the Wharton Business School.

Robert Q. Crane, Jr.Email Robert
Robert Q. Crane, Jr. is a native son of Boston. He graduated from Harvard University with a B.A. in Government in 1981. He also graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in 1984. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. After ten years working at Issues Management, a government affairs shop in Massachusetts, he eventually became the Regional Director of Political Affairs for the Pharmaceutical Research Manufacturers of America. He joined Connors and Company as Development Director in 2007. He resides with his fiance in Maryland.

Josephine SheaEmail Josephine
Josephine joined Connors & Co. in 1999 and is a Director of Sales and Marketing with primary responsibility in the New England area in which she is headquartered. During her time with the firm Josephine has established over 33 investment relationships. She is the elected member of the Norfolk County Retirement System in Massachusetts, where she acts a trustee and fiduciary to its 450 Million Dollar Pension Fund. She is the first woman to be elected to the Retirement Board and is currently serving her sixteenth year.

Josephine is a certified Chartered Pension Professional sponsored by Boston University’s certificate program. Prior to joining Connors and Company, Josephine served as the Acting Sheriff of Norfolk County, Massachusetts and as the Deputy Superintendent of Administration and Finance for the Sheriff’s 25 Million Dollar Budget Operation. She lives in Quincy, Massachusetts with her husband, Joe and daughter Katherine.
